implementation of Your projects

Basing on your wished project we offer you the floor plans that might suite you. In case of need, we correct them or create the individual floor plan. After this stage is completed, our Designing Team creates the detailed design visualization of your project. During this stage, you might choose among of dozens of options for interior and exterior components.

Such designing works are absolutely free for our customers. Your investment – your time that you spend for creating the design in cooperation with our Designing Team.

Among of interior and exterior options are:
- Colors of inner walls (any color by RAL)
- Color flooring
- Colors of inner doors and types of their handles
- Colors of the furniture and it’s facades, types of handles for façade doors or drawers. Colors of kitchen worktop.
- Colors of tiles in the shower room
- Colors of curtains and fabric for sofa
- Types of inner lights (dimmable or standard)
- Colors of baseboards
- Types of windows or doors glass (transparent or satin glass)
- Color of outer cladding
- Color of roof
- Name of your Future Mobile home or Modular house that we prepare and fix on appropriate place. This option is available only for Private Customers.

We sign the contract with the addition to the contract. The agreement includes the terms of production of the mobile home or modular house, the addresses for delivery, the price and terms of payments. The addition to the contract includes the specification and the list of elements that are included.

The production of our mobile homes and modular houses is located near Uzhhorod that is 2 kilometers away from the border line with Slovakia. Before, the manufacture of the mobile homes was located in Melitopol – the town in the southern part of Ukraine that was occupied.

Unfortunately not, as this was absolute impossible. The invasion was very quick and territories around became the war zones. After 1 month of staying under occupation the hard decision had to be made in order to save lives of our Families. The actual location lets us to complete all of the obligations that were left in occupied Melitopol. These days – this is the matter of honor for Trident.

The terms of production depend on type of the product and the level of engagement of our warehouse. The average terms of production of the mobile homes are 6.5-7 months. While the modular houses production takes bit more – up to 8 months.

After the construction is completed we organize the transportation of the projects and the visit of our Team. Some of our customers do the unloading and setting by themselves. But, such way does not cancel the warranty that we provide for our products and which lasts 7 years.

During the production of the mbile homes or modular houses we sent to our customers the detailed information about:
- The locations of the supporting legs
- The locations of water, gas, drainage and electricity connections.
Having this information, our customers prepare the surface where they pay extra attention on stable and solid pile foundation under 8 supporting legs. Trident Team might also locate the water, gas and electricity connections where this is more convenient for our customers.
