When purchasing our mobile homes presented at our mobile home exhibitions, the buyer and the manufacturer - Trident Caravans plc., enter into a direct purchase and sale agreement without intermediaries. The agreement includes the terms of production of the mobile home or modular house, the addresses for delivery, the price and terms of payments. The addition to the contract includes the specification and the list of elements that are included.

We always keep our clients informed about the progress of their home’s construction. We invite you to visit our production facility, or we will gladly show you the manufacturing process of your mobile or modular home via video call. We will also send you a photo report.

Among of interior and exterior options are:
- Colors of inner walls (any color by RAL)
- Color flooring
- Colors of inner doors and types of their handles
- Colors of the furniture and it’s facades, types of handles for façade doors or drawers. Colors of kitchen worktop.
- Colors of tiles in the shower room
- Colors of curtains and fabric for sofa
- Types of inner lights (dimmable or standard)
- Colors of baseboards
- Types of windows or doors glass (transparent or satin glass)
- Color of outer cladding
- Color of roof
- Name of your Future Mobile home or Modular house that we prepare and fix on appropriate place. This option is available only for Private Customers.

Based on your requirements, we offer you the right floor plans. If necessary, we can adapt or create new ones. Our designers will then create a detailed visualization of your project. A variety of options for interior and exterior components are available to you during this phase.

These design services are completely free for our clients. The time you spend developing the concept with our designers is your investment.

A sign with the name of your future mobile home or modular house, which we will prepare and attach in a suitable location. This option is only available to private customers.

Our mobile homes and modular houses are manufactured in Ukraine near Uzhhorod, a city located two kilometers from the border with Slovakia. Previously, mobile home production was located in Melitopol, the occupied city in southern Ukraine.

After our company came under occupation, we lost all our property, as well as the projects we had been producing at the time the war began, mostly for customers in Germany.
Some of our mobile homes were stolen by the occupying forces, and the remaining houses and property were looted and destroyed with the help of people who had defected to the occupying forces.
We had no way to evacuate anything due to the fighting, blown-up bridges, and complete chaos.

We are currently focusing all our efforts on resuming our operations and organizing the sale of finished mobile homes, for the production of which we invested funds.
This allows us to keep our promise to our customers whose mobile homes were damaged during the occupation.

Return and exchange conditions.
The company returns and exchanges this product in accordance with legal requirements.

Return conditions:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt (if the goods are of proper quality).

Return of the goods is made by agreement.

In accordance with current legislation, you can return or exchange a good quality product if:

- The product has not been used and does not show any signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
- The product is fully assembled and the factory packaging has been preserved;
- All labels and factory markings are preserved;
- The product retains its marketable appearance and consumer properties.
